Shipping policy

We provide free shipping to all Canadian orders over $150 before taxes.
All orders that don’t meet the Free Shipping threshold will be required to pay a flat rate shipping fee between $20 and $25 based on the province they are shipping to.

Shipping Times

We aim to process online orders within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. All tracking information will be provided in this email.

** Please note that due to high volumes of orders, some products may be oversold.  Refunds will be issued for oversold items. We apologize for any inconveniences, we will do our best to fulfill all orders. **

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES:

If a package does not reach its destination and is sent back to us, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.

Outlier Mercantile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

**We aim to have orders shipped out within 3-5 business days. On large launch days, we aim to have all our orders out within 5-6 business days. Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm, won’t be fulfilled until the following week. Unfortunately, we can’t control arrival dates of packages. Canada post has been experiencing delays this year due to the high volume of packages.

Please ensure your correct mailing address at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has been shipped

LOCAL PICKUP:

We are happy to offer local pickup in Okotoks, Alberta & Calgary, AB. Please select this option at checkout. We will email you with pickup details once order is ready and confirm location pick up!
