Refund policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so you are welcome to return your order to Outlier Mercantile Inc. for a store credit within 14 days from the time of purchase.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Store Credit has No Expiry!
Store Credit is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

You will have 14 days to process a return for store credit.
For orders that were shipped, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to begin processing your return. For orders that are picked up locally, you will have 14 days from date of pick up to begin processing your return.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. In-store purchases must include original receipt to be eligible.

Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be shipped back at customers expense. We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.

We will do our best to fulfill every exchange request, however due to the high volume of orders, we may experience products being oversold. In this case, we will issue you a store credit for the item.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

We will email out a credit code within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your returned item(s)
. Amount of store credit is applied only to the returned item and does not include any shipping costs you may incur.
-Please note you as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Please include invoice or order confirmation with return package.
Store credit cannot be used for future purchases until the return is processed (credit code emailed within 3 business days of delivery of returned item(s)
Shipping on items being returned is NOT REFUNDABLE , unless the wrong item was shipped.

If the item you received is defective or damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged or defective area for us to review. Once we review the images with will get back to you as soon as possible with our answer. Our merchandise is inspected thoroughly before being shipped for damage and photographed in its present condition to assist with minimal defective returns and assist our shipping department with faulty claims.

If an item that you are returning is received outside of the 14 day return period, exchange or store credit will NOT be issued and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please Note: we do not manufacture our products an do not offer any warranty or replacement of damage items are up to the manufacturers discretion.

We are unable to honor any price adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, please advise that we are unable to modify your order, including applying discounts or cancelling your order.
